Every person is built differently - genetics, early age eating habits, and lifestyle, all have an impact on what you look & feel like. Having 15 years of army experience in shaping soldiers from zero to hero, I learned that people come with various body shapes and vastly different fitness levels. Therefore, my techniques and methods are focused on meeting my clients where they are and taking them to where they want to be.
On one hand, many of my female clients want toned muscle but do not want to get too bulky. My male clients on the other hand want strength, a bigger chest & arms at a low-fat percentage with a rock-hard core. All this can be achieved, through a bespoke training programme and nutrition coaching.
But first and foremost, my key principle is to make your fitness journey fun, adaptable, and sustainable for you.

My Story
Who am I as a trainer and what makes me different?
I believe in achieving a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through a multi-faceted approach to fitness. I do not believe in crash diets or forming an unhealthy relationship with food through tough restrictions, or the use of synthetic enhancers such as hormones, steroids, etc.
I understand the importance of working holistically on your physical and mental avenues, such as fitness, nutrition & mindset. The “good looks” are the result of bringing all of those together - in balance.
Building my strength and body was a continous process of natural relationship with sports. As a sports enthusiast, I’ve been doing various activities since young, such as crossfit, rock climbing, soccer, canoeing, dragon boating, skateboarding, table tennis, and badminton.
My goal is to help people, especially beginners to fit fitness into their life rather than take over their life.
